Greenfield’s portfolios are continually expanding and we are always interested in looking at new investment opportunities. The team is committed to maximising the potential of the agricultural properties it owns and is proud to contribute to the prosperity and wellbeing of local communities by bringing economic activity into rural districts, and wherever possible using local contractors and suppliers to work with us on properties.

Greenfield acquires property for a number of different portfolios, each with different requirements and target areas. Therefore, it is difficult to generalise as to the types of property we are looking for. That said, large properties are always favoured, and in general Greenfield prefers freehold properties.
