INVESTMENT RATIONALE

The globe's growing hunger for the products of arable land contrasts strongly with increasingly restricted supplies of land and water. Greenfield sees an extremely attractive risk-reward profile for long term assets exposed to producing and processing the products of arable land. In particular, NZ’s temperate climate and relatively abundant water supply support low cost production systems which offer lower risk investment opportunities than the majority of its international competitors.
